Sales Representative – (Athens, Greece)

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Execution of the sales strategy and achievement of the related objectives
  • Creating and maintaining trusting relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Prospecting, qualifying, scheduling meetings and following up with new sales leads
  • Investigating customer needs and assisting in their fulfilment by promoting relevant products and solutions
  • Communication with vendors in order to receive relevant offers
  • Preparation of sales reports
Knowledge & Skills
  • Good understanding of the international freight forwarding sector
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, ideally from the international freight forwarding sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field
  • Postgraduate’s degree in Supply chain management & related certifications are a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English is a prerequisite; knowledge of Italian is a plus
  • Highly motivated and target driven personality
  • A self-starter able to prioritize and manage his own schedule
  • A team player with strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
